In 2005, the group took a historic step by establishing the first factory of its kind in the Kingdom the National Factory for the Production of Radiology Equipment in Dammam. This factory represents a major milestone in the journey of medical development in the region. The National Imaging Factory is an ambitious manufacturing facility aimed at serving the medical imaging sector within the medical industry in the Kingdom and other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

In alignment with Saudi Vision 2030, which encourages local production, we are establishing a production line for ultrasound devices through a technology partnership with the global company Samsung.

Since 2002, we have been the exclusive partner of Samsung in the field of ultrasound devices in the Kingdom. Our partnership has now advanced to a new level, as we will begin assembling selected Samsung ultrasound device models in our new factory in Saudi Arabia.
Our primary objective is to form a strategic partnership that enables the transfer of global expertise and advanced technologies to the Saudi market, through full agreement and collaboration with one of the world’s leading manufacturers, Samsung Healthcare.

Our strategies focus on the manufacturing and assembly of ultrasound systems and solutions using the latest global technologies, while developing advanced infrastructure and technical capabilities, and establishing international policies and systems that enhance the added value of the Kingdom’s resources.

All of this is driven by the goal of strengthening the Kingdom’s position as a leading global investment destination.

The factory is located in the Second Industrial City in Dammam, covering a total area of 1,500 square meters, and is now fully ready for operation.
